Your account and footage

Sentinel stores your name, email address, password hash and security records to provide your account. Verification and security messages are sent through Resend. Free FareWatch workspaces are separate from depot workspaces; Sentinel's platform administrator can manage the service and its accounts.

Only upload footage you are entitled to process, including permission to share any people or personal information it contains. Your recordings are processed on Sentinel's servers and stored with your review work. Cash detection produces candidates, not proof of wrongdoing. Review the evidence before making decisions.

The free allowance is one accepted video per account per calendar month, in South African time. Videos must last 10 minutes to two hours. Deleting a video does not restore that month's allowance. Report download links expire after seven days and can be used by anyone who has the link; share them carefully.
